We are currently recruiting Factory Operative to join a well-established and growing manufacturing company based in Witham, Essex.

Key Responsibilities
- Packing finished products accurately and efficiently
- Carrying out basic assembly work following instructions
- Operating simple machinery (full training provided)
- Labelling products and preparing orders for dispatch
- Completing quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained
- Keeping the workspace clean, safe, and organised
- Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets
What We're Looking For
- Previous factory, production, warehouse, or packing experience is beneficial but not essential
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated individuals
- Strong teamwork skills and a good work ethic
- Comfortable with manual handling duties
