Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Extensive experience in housing management
- A proven ability to lead large operational teams
- Strong expertise in ASB casework and neighbourhood management
- The capacity to stabilise services quickly and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
Role Requirements
- Candidates must live within commutable distance of Coventry.
- They must be able to commit to up to 2/3 days per week in the office.
- This is a senior operational role overseeing a large, high‑demand housing management service.
Team Leadership Responsibilities
The postholder will manage services covering approximately 16,000 properties, with direct responsibility for:
- Neighbourhood Team Leaders (5)
- Neighbourhood Officers (31.5 FTE)
- Safer Neighbourhood Officers (5)
- Neighbourhood Assistants (4)
The role requires strong leadership, performance management, and the ability to drive service standards across multiple teams.
